OSM Rides ("we," "us") operates osmrides.com and provides chauffeured ground transportation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address
- Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, flight numbers, passenger count, vehicle preference
- Payment information, processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Website usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring source, collected through cookies and advertising pixels.
How We Collect It
Directly from you through forms on this website, through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, by phone or text, and through our booking platform.
How We Use It
To prepare quotes, confirm and dispatch your ride, communicate about your trip, process payment, provide customer support, and improve our service and advertising.
Calls and Text Messages
When you submit a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone call or SMS about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us during any call. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about a trip you have already booked.
Who We Share It With
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Our booking and dispatch platform
- The assigned chauffeur, who receives only the details needed for your trip
- Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement and audience matching
- Law enforcement or regulators where legally required
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and to show relevant ads. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and manage cookies through your browser.
Data Retention
We keep trip and payment records as long as needed for the service and for tax and legal obligations. We delete inquiry records that never became bookings after 24 months.
Your Choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
