Planning transportation for a DFW event

Big events in Dallas-Fort Worth are spread across four cities and six major venues, and the traffic pattern is different at each one. Arlington's entertainment district can host a Cowboys game and a Rangers game on the same weekend. Victory Park has garages that price up hours before tip-off. Fair Park hosts the State Fair alongside stadium and amphitheater dates every autumn. Fort Worth's Cultural District shares its lots between two venues. The common thread is that parking is the worst part of the night, and it's the part chauffeured service removes entirely.

A typical booking looks like this: we pick you up at home, the office, or your hotel; drop at the gate closest to your seats; then stage a return pickup that you trigger by text when you're ready to leave. For evenings with dinner before and a stop afterward, hourly service keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle with you the whole night. Groups up to six ride together in one Suburban or Grand Wagoneer, and larger parties travel in multiple SUVs on a coordinated schedule.

Pricing is quoted in advance based on trip details, distance, time, vehicle, and availability — never surge pricing. OSM Rides is a pre-scheduled service; same-day requests are accepted by availability only.

DFW event transportation FAQs

Do you sell event tickets?

No. OSM Rides is a chauffeured transportation company only. We are not a ticket seller and are not affiliated with any venue, team, artist, or league. Buy tickets from the official venue or team, then book your ride with us.

How far ahead should I book event transportation?

For most arena and amphitheater shows, 5–10 days is comfortable. For Cowboys home games, marquee concerts, the Red River Rivalry, and any postseason date, book 2–4 weeks ahead — those nights book out across the whole DFW fleet.

Will my chauffeur wait until the event ends?

Your return pickup is scheduled in advance and confirmed by text on the night. If the game runs long or you want to wait out the crowd, message your chauffeur and the SUV is staged when you're ready.

How many passengers fit?

Up to six passengers per late-model Chevrolet Suburban or Jeep Grand Wagoneer. For larger groups we dispatch multiple SUVs on the same schedule so everyone arrives together.

Which parts of Dallas-Fort Worth do you pick up from?

Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Allen, Addison, Richardson, Southlake, Grapevine and the surrounding suburbs, plus DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field.
